Blog Post (June 2026) – Progress not Perfection

Projects stall when people wait too long. There will be many moments in your project where the answer is not complete, the risks are not fully understood, and the path is not perfectly clear. That is the moment to move. If you wait for certainty, you will wait too long.

Progress comes from informed movement, not perfect information. Expect discomfort. It’s a signal that you are stepping out of analysis and into delivery.

Define your thresholds early. Define what is ‘enough’ to proceed and once you reach it, move.

  • Movement creates feedback.
  • Feedback creates clarity.
  • Clarity reduces risk.
  • Adjust as you go.

Standing still feels safe. It isn’t. Projects succeed because someone decides to move before everything is known.

Be that someone.
